The HEP-SYLW series drying and blending machine is a special model developed by Shenyin on the basis of the SYLW series ribbon mixer.
Mainly in view of the phenomenon of moisture and clumps in the finished product section, the far-infrared ceramic heating jacket is equipped to realize deep drying of moisture-returning materials in the final mixing section, and achieve a consistent mixing process during drying.
At present, the mainstream blending equipment in the market has a single batch processing capacity of 10-15 tons. Shenyin can currently produce a single batch of 40 tons of blending equipment to achieve efficient mixing effects for users.
